Our Core Values...

The core values of Flow-serve are based on James’s career across all sectors of the building industry and, recently, five years experience gained as an emergency plumber on 24 hour call out, working for the UK’s leading, insurance led, emergency service provider.

Building on his previous experience and training, in this role James has been confronted with every eventuality and failure which can occur with plumbing and drainage in the domestic environment, in a situation where the source of problem has to be quickly identified and resolved to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This experience has built up a vast knowledge, which enables Flow-serve to deal with emergencies, foresee potential problems and provide economical and practical new installations.

Quality and reliability are the main cornerstone of Flow-serve and the key goals are to provide a reliable, friendly, fairly priced service which is sensitive to its customers needs.
