Our Terms and Fair Pricing...

The Flow-serve pricing structure is based on the UK average for plumbing prices, which as a guide are quoted on price comparison sites such as 'whatPRIC£?' www.whatprice.co.uk/plumbing.

No work is carried out until the price and the description of works has been agreed between the customer and Flow-serve. A final invoice will be provided and full payment is expected on the satisfactory completion of works.

All works undertaken by Flow-serve are covered by a twelve month guarantee and any necessary ‘re-calls’ will be dealt with promptly.

Emergency Call-Out and Repair

Emergency call-outs during the normal working hours of 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday will incur a £60.00 call out fee with those falling outside the times and during Bank Holidays will be levied at £100.00.

This fee includes a 30 minute work period during which the problem will be identified and if possible made safe. From thereon a price will be quoted to complete the repair and for the replacement of parts and products such as tanks, cylinders, boilers, damaged sanitary ware etc.

These prices are based on locations within an approx 30 minute drive time from Chichester. Beyond this distance the extra cost can be negotiated at the time of your call when we won’t ‘quibble’ about minor details.
